BNA (Brandwag Neighbourhood Association) was created with one goal in mind: A Prosperous Community and Neighbourhood. Everything concerning our community, is a concern for the BNA.

We listened to concerned neighbours regarding the infrastructure, crime and service delivery issues and knew we had to help. Unfortunately, after years of trying to assist with information, reporting infrastructure issues, etc. We realised we will need the support of our community and to achieve this, we had to form a formal entity.

Thus, the BNA was created by three concerned residents to enable us to register a Non-Profit Company, open a bank account and register for NPO status. As full-time working individuals ourselves, we further divided the duties between our three newly appointed directors and created three departments, each with its own Committee to assist us:
